Parks closes at sundown
Note:
Please remove all tape, trash, and decorations and place in dispenser. In case of emergency please call Bartow Police at (863)534-5034. ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE PARKS. Park will close at dusk.
City of Bartow will not offer refunds or transfers due to inclement weather. Cancellations must be made by the Thursday before the rental and original paperwork is required for a full refund. Changes to the rental also require original paperwork.
I do hereby agree to enforce all rules and regulations pertaining to use of facilities and assume liability for all damages and accidents resulting from use of the facilities.
·There is no guarantee of electrical power or water at facilities
·No city employee will be on duty or call out for any type of repairs
·City of Bartow is not responsible for any items left unattended!
